- Initiated, designed, and facilitated the Open Space Forum for Digital Nation Movement, the first landmark event on activism and social media for social change in Indonesia in which over 1,200 participants joined in three days

- Self-conducted literature review on community activism for students, resulting in the Service Learning Program Strategy and Leadership Curriculum for Sampoerna Academy High School students in three locations

- Provide administrative oversight for the newly established international office of YCAB Foundation, including management and fundraising for all of YCAB’s international programs in helping underprivileged children obtain a quality education

- Ran and coordinated youth empowerment and youth leadership programs in 21 provinces with 800+ volunteers
- Oversaw expansion of 30 flagship programs (including capacity building, community development, and campaign management) which served more than 22,000 beneficiaries
- Expanded a team of seven people in 2009 to 122 staff members in 6 chapters accross Indonesia in 2012
- Initiated and led the Indonesian Youth Parliament, a youth-led parliament assembly and political engagement campaign for Indonesian youth, activated more than 45,000 virtually and educated over 1800 students in one year
